Role Overview: You will be part of a dynamic team at IndiaFirst Life, located in Delhi, India, holding positions such as BDM, SBDM, EBDM, Associate Branch Manager, or Branch Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the sales function, managing client relationships, achieving sales and revenue targets, supporting team development, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will be involved in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
