Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise branch staff, including sales and operations teams.
  • Ensure achievement of business targets, sales goals, and profitability.
  • Monitor branch operations, including cash management, account operations, and compliance.
  • Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated issues.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on branch performance.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct training and performance appraisals for staff.
