Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Branch Operation Manager: Supervise Daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records and ensure readiness for audits and inspections.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth by achieving sales and revenue targets. Promote financial products such as business loans,MSME loans and LAP(Loan Against Property)
  • Credit & Risk Oversight: Monitor the loan and ensure timely collections. Assess creditworthiness of applicants and manage credit risk effectively.
  • Team Leadership:lead,mentor,and manage branch staff to achieve performance goals and conduct regular training and performance evaluations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree Preferred.
  • Previous experience in LAP, Business Loans and MSME.
