Branch Manager

You will be working for one of the leading securities trading companies in the country. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving revenue growth and profitability to upscale the branch by: - Driving sales targets and building teams as per company's annual target and overall objectives - Focusing on revenue, profitability, achievement of targets, and yield management - Maximizing branch profits through targeted fee income and effective cost management - Acquiring new Large trader clients (direct) and increasing the Digital Client Base - Achieving the respective Branch gross revenue through offline and online platforms - Planning and executing various local level initiatives to ensure business momentum and direction - Engaging in new and innovative business planning activities locally to increase client acquisition and Branch profitability - Monitoring individual and team performance and taking steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any - Managing Online Transition & Dealer Productivity to ensure client profitability by: - Transitioning existing and new clients to Mobile/Web/Exe platform to optimize dealer bandwidth - Increasing dealer productivity by acquiring and servicing Large Traders and building a temp funding through HNI/Large Traders - Ensuring Cross Sell of the Products by: - Attaining multi-product targets at the branch - Regularly attending trainings to learn about alternate products offered and ensuring all branch employees attend training and are aware of alternate products - Increasing business through cross-selling initiatives and innovative product mixes - Using alternate products to activate inactive customers - Effectively managing day-to-day branch administration and operations for smooth functioning of the branch by: - Monitoring and fostering all daily operations of the branch - Handling a team of Dealers/Relationship managers and Customer Service executives and motivating them in target achievements - Ensuring security of the physical assets of the branch - Overseeing and ensuring adherence to the Risk compliance and statutory compliance policies - Ensuring customer management and engagement by: - Planning and executing local area programs and referrals programs - Disseminating research-based advisory services to clients based on recommendations given by the In-house Research team - Focusing on retention of customers, higher revenue generation, and referral activities - Continuously scanning the local market penetration and competitive offerings and reporting on emerging trends for different product lines - Ensuring proper implementation and usage of Lead management system (LMS) and IMS at the branch in coordination with HO team - Ensuring client records are up to date in terms of financial details and contact ability and running data analytics on them on a periodic basis - Ensuring speedy resolution of client queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels - Ensuring effective risk management and policy adherence by: - Ensuring adequate compliance to KYC norms, processes, and documentation for client profiling - Ensuring adherence to all regulatory compliances and critical policies set by HO Requirements: - 5-12 years of relevant experience in the broking industry - Team handling experience No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
