Job Description

The organization is one of the leading securities trading companies in the country. Your main responsibilities will include achieving revenue growth and profitability to upscale the branch. This involves driving sales targets for the branch, focusing on revenue and profitability, maximizing branch profits, acquiring new large trader clients, and increasing the digital client base. Additionally, you will need to plan and execute various local level initiatives, engage in new business planning activities, monitor team performance, and improve productivity. Another key aspect of the role is managing online transition and dealer productivity to ensure client profitability. You will be responsible for transitioning clients to mobile/web/exe platforms, increasing dealer productivity, acquiring and servicing large traders, and building temporary funding through HNI/large traders. Cross-selling products is also a crucial part of the job. You will need to ensure that multi-product targets are met, attend trainings on alternate products, increase business through cross-selling initiatives, and use alternate products to activate inactive customers. Effective day-to-day branch administration and operations are essential for smooth functioning. This includes monitoring daily operations, handling a team of dealers/relationship managers and customer service executives, ensuring the security of branch assets, and overseeing compliance with risk and statutory policies. Furthermore, customer management and engagement are key priorities. You will be required to plan and execute local area and referral programs, provide research-based advisory services to clients, focus on customer retention and revenue generation, scan the local market for trends, and ensure proper implementation of lead management systems. Risk management and policy adherence are critical aspects of the role. You must ensure compliance with KYC norms, regulatory requirements, and policies set by the head office. To qualify for this position, you should have 5-12 years of relevant experience in the broking industry, along with experience in team handling.
