Responsible to drive business through sales manager/ Advisors and to ensure the branch meet its monthly/quarterly & annual business targets. Help, assist and guide sales managers & Advisors to procure necessary business. Training & Development of Sales Managers & Advisors to ensure the sales team in fully equipped with Company products, compensation, market/industry updates. Plan and execute activities/strategies which can improve business. Responsible for constant recruitment of Advisors by coordinating with Sales Managers. Ensure Sales Managers budget is full filled and everyone achieves goal sheet. Min 4+ years team handling experience in Agency or variable agency.
