Job Description

Clinic Operations Management: Ensure the clinic is clean,organized, and equipped with necessary supplies. Oversee scheduling, appointment management, and client flow to optimize efficiency. Coordinate with doctors to ensure seamless client care and services. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Client Relationship Management: Interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized care and communication. Sales Conversions and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies. Convert inquiries into appointments. Upsell services and packages to clients based on their needs. Staff Supervision and Duties: Lead, motivate, and manage clinic staff, ensuring they adhere to professional standards. Assign and oversee staff duties, including reception, client care, and administrative tasks. Conduct regular staff meetings for updates. Clinic Maintenance: Monitor and manage the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the clinic. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Marketing and Promotion: Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for effective marketing strategies. Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Manage the social media shoots, including YouTube and Instagram promotions. Contact Point and Communication: Act as the primary contact person for the clinic, addressing inquiries from clients and staff. Communicate important updates, changes, and policies to staff and clients. Reporting and Analysis: Send sales report on Daily & Monthly basis. Keep track of client feedback. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of services. Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance the clinic's efficiency and client experience.
