Branch Manager

Clinic Operations Management:

• Ensure the clinic is clean,organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
• Oversee scheduling, appointment management, and client flow to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with doctors to ensure seamless client care and services.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Client Relationship Management:

• Interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized care and communication.

Sales Conversions and Revenue Generation:

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Convert inquiries into appointments.
• Upsell services and packages to clients based on their needs.

Staff Supervision and Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and manage clinic staff, ensuring they adhere to professional standards.
• Assign and oversee staff duties, including reception, client care, and administrative tasks.
• Conduct regular staff meetings for updates.

Clinic Maintenance:

• Monitor and manage the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the clinic.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage the social media shoots, including YouTube and Instagram promotions.

Contact Point and Communication:

• Act as the primary contact person for the clinic, addressing inquiries from clients and staff.
• Communicate important updates, changes, and policies to staff and clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Send sales report on Daily & Monthly basis.
• Keep track of client feedback.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of services.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance the clinic's efficiency and client experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
