Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent clients through personal networks, referrals, and partnerships.Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to meet client needs.Ensure exceptional client servicing, thereby maintaining long-term relationships and client satisfaction.Channel Partner Development:Identify and acquire channel partners, including financial intermediaries, advisors, and other strategic alliances.Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent client referrals and business growth.Work Experience Required : - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a similar role.Qualification : - MBA (Finance/related field), CFA, or CA certification. NISM Certifications (Investment advisor Level I & II), Series VII, CFP, CWM, FRM,CIMA preferred.

Responsible to drive business through sales manager/ Advisors and to ensure the branch meet its monthly/quarterly & annual business targets.Help, assist and guide sales managers & Advisors to procure necessary business.Training & Development of Sales Managers & Advisors to ensure the sales team in fully equipped with Company products, compensation, market/industry updates.Plan and execute activities/strategies which can improve business.Responsible for constant recruitment of Advisors by coordinating with Sales Managers.Ensure Sales Managers budget is full filled and everyone achieves goal sheet.Min 4+ years team handling experience in Agency or variable agency.
