Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead and manage all branch operations to ensure efficient logistics, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include team leadership, vendor coordination, process adherence, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily branch operations including linehaul, last-mile delivery, and reverse logistics. - Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and POD (Proof of Delivery) collection. - Monitor vehicle utilization, route planning, and fuel efficiency. - Supervise and mentor branch staff including supervisors, drivers, and support teams. - Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions. - Manage third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, vehicle contractors, and service providers. - Act as the escalation point for customer complaints and service failures. - Coordinate with customer support and sales teams to ensure service excellence. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in branch management or a similar operational role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
