Branch Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee our Part Truckload (PTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) operations in Vapi. The role involves managing transport logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing costs, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end PTL & FTL operations, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
• Manage transporter relationships and optimize fleet utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
• Drive cost efficiency and improve service levels.
• Lead and train the operations team for optimal performance.
• Monitor key operational metrics and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Experience: 5+ years in PTL/FTL logistics, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
