Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Chennai. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensure smooth workflow, manage staff, and uphold high standards of customer care and satisfaction. Responsibilities include team supervision, implementation of operational processes, managing client interactions, contributing to business growth strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for patients, facilitating their needs and ensuring their experience at the clinic is seamless and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Organizational skills, proficiency in scheduling, and ability to manage daily clinic operations
• Knowledge of clinic procedures, patient care protocols, and healthcare industry standards
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address issues promptly and ensure positive outcomes
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with hair restoration services or cosmetic treatments is an advantage.
