Job Description

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our company, providing a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors and callers. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. The Receptionist will also perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. Responsibilities: Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures. Telephone Management: Answer and screen incoming phone calls. Direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments. Take and relay messages accurately. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Ordering office supplies. Scheduling appointments. Customer Service: Provide accurate information to visitors and callers. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
