Branch manager

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the automobile branch, including vehicle sales, after-sales service, spare parts, and customer satisfaction. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the automobile branch (sales, service, and parts)
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals
• Drive vehicle sales, service revenue, and spare parts targets
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer complaints
• Monitor vehicle and spare parts inventory and ensure optimal stock level
• Plan and execute local marketing, promotions, and sales campaigns
• Control branch expenses and manage budgets to ensure profitability
• Analyze branch performance reports and implement corrective actions
• Maintain showroom, workshop, and equipment to required standards
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure workplace safety and quality control in service operations
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
• Identify market trends and business development opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Good knowledge of automobile products, service operations, and spare parts
• Financial management and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Working Conditions:

• Full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
