Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all branch activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing daily operations of the branch and overseeing staff to foster a positive work environment - Implementing business development strategies in coordination with the Head Office - Educating the Counseling and Operations Team about updates, policies, and rules - Leading and managing the team of counselors and back office operations with result-oriented strategies - Providing quality services to customers and ensuring a seamless student visa application process - Achieving branch sales targets and projected profits - Selecting, training, supervising, and evaluating branch staff to enhance productivity - Learning and efficiently using the company's CRM portal for routine activities - Resolving CRM-related issues and ensuring compliance with company policies - Maintaining operational standards for an excellent working environment - Counseling clients about student visa processes for various countries - Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolving complaints promptly - Supporting sales promotion activities and ensuring operational excellence - Developing action plans to enhance operational controls and optimize customer service - Assisting in performance appraisals, promotions, and compensation activities - Auditing client records regularly to ensure processing is on track and providing quick resolutions to client issues Desired Qualifications: - Postgraduate/ Graduate with 5 years of managerial experience in a similar field - Strong knowledge of Canada and preferably Australia, New Zealand & Europe visa rules & regulations - Good understanding of visa application processes and documentation requirements - Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), with a pleasing personality and confidence - Good keyboard skills and academic brightness - Ability to communicate effectively with students and the public of all age groups and backgrounds - Flexibility in working hours and encouraging input and ideas from others Female candidates are preferred, but male candidates are also welcome to apply.
