Branch Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the daily operations of our Manjeri branch. The candidate should be capable of independently handling branch activities, driving business growth, supervising the academic & admin team, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations, administration, and student management
• Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the branch team
• Ensure sales, admission, and academic targets are achieved on time
• Maintain quality standards in training, student support, and service delivery
• Monitor and report branch performance, expenses, and operational updates to management
• Handle staff scheduling, leave approval, and discipline management
• Implement organizational policies and ensure proper follow-up
• Coordinate with the academic team and HO for planning & execution

Requirements

• Male candidate with minimum 1 year experience in operations / branch handling / management
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Preferred: Candidates with teaching experience or subject knowledge in Logistics or Accounting-related courses (Academic/Training background will be an added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in the education/training sector is desirable
