Job Title: Branch Manager Department: Operations / Academic Delivery Location: [TN/AP] Reports To: Regional Manager / Zonal Head / Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations, academics, and business performance of our educational center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a background in the education or training industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee daily operations of the branch including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration. Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs. Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards. Academic & Student Management Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction. Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally. Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements. Business Development & Revenue Generation Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention.

Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities. Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups. Team Leadership Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required). Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals. Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Reporting & Analysis Maintain and analyze branch performance data admissions, revenue, student feedback, etc. Send regular reports to the regional or central office.
