Branch Manager - Branch Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through CASA acquisition and portfolio enhancement.
• Manage the overall profitability, compliance, and operations of the branch.
• Lead a team to achieve sales, service, and productivity goals.
• Cross-sell wealth and insurance products to existing and new customers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams for business initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  Minimum 810 years in Retail Banking with at least 1.52 years in the current role.

• Book Size:

  CASA book of

  ₹100 Cr+

  (MNC Banks: AUM + SA/CA ₹80100 Cr).

• Education:

  Postgraduate preferred (MBA, Engineering + MBA, or equivalent).

• Appraisal:

  Must have been in

  Top 2 performance categories

  for the last 3 years.

• Leadership:

  Experience managing branch teams (sales, service, and operations).

• Communication:

  Fluent in English and professionally presentable.

Certifications (Preferred)

• JAIIB / CAIIB
• NISM / IRDA / AMFI
