Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Madurai , Salem , TVM Pattom- Kerala , Kochi

Additional Parameters:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services

- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

- Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance

- Proficient in MS Office and banking software

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administration

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitability

- Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals

- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies and procedures

- Conduct regular training and development programs for branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, sales activities, and customer feedback to senior management

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new banking products and services

- Represent the bank at various community events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services

- Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance

- Proficient in MS Office and banking software

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
