Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the branch operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve demat and trading account targets.
  
• Identify and generate new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase trading volume.
  
• Create and execute sales strategies to drive branch performance.
  
• Monitor team productivity, provide feedback, and conduct training when required.
  
• Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  
• Track performance metrics, manage reports, and coordinate with senior management.
  
• Handle escalations and provide excellent customer service at the branch level.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2

  6 years

  experience in a stockbroking / BFSI sales leadership role.
• Prior experience as

  Branch Manager / Team Lead / Sales Manager

  is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, demat accounts, and trading platforms.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to independently manage a team and deliver consistent revenue results.
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in

  Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Key Requirements

• Share market knowledge and experience in stock trading is mandatory.
  
• Strong business acumen with target-driven mindset.
