Job description:

Relevant Experience in Slimming or Hair and skin

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, employee scheduling, and workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate the clinic team (front desk, consultants, technicians).
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, client satisfaction, and service quality.
• Manage client queries, escalations, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain clinic hygiene, equipment readiness, and compliance with company protocols.
• Handle inventory management, stock audits, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Monitor and improve walk-ins, conversions, and retention rates.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing accuracy, and adherence to clinic SOPs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in clinic management, salon/spa management, healthcare, wellness.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and team management skills.
• Experience in sales, revenue management, and performance tracking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong client-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
