Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Branch Manager, based in Hosur. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading the team effectively. The role also involves business development efforts, market analysis, and ensuring operational efficiency to achieve the company’s financial objectives.

Qualifications

Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, oversee branch operations, and achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
Business Development and Market Analysis: Proficiency in achieving business growth through identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
Financial and Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory compliance standards in the NBFC sector.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analytical and critical thinking skills for addressing challenges and making informed decisions.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification is a plus.
Work Experience: Prior experience in branch operations or similar roles in the financial services industry.
Proficiency in local language(s) along with fluent communication skills in English.
