Team Lead

This role demands strong operational knowledge, regulatory compliance awareness, and the ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all stock market processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the stock market operations team.
• Oversee

  equity and derivatives trade processing, settlements, reconciliation, and compliance

  .
• Ensure strict adherence to

  SEBI, NSE, BSE, and depository regulations

  .
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in trade settlements, margins, and positions.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and depositories for smooth operations.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Implement process improvements and ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in

  stock market operations/back-office/depository operations

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  equity & derivatives settlement cycles, margins, and compliance norms

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.
• Good leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, MIS).
• NISM certifications preferred.
