We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our operations in Chennai,Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a strong background in sub-agency (B2B) sales, group business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sub-agency (B2B) partnerships and expand business through agent networks.
• Drive group travel business and manage corporate and group bookings effectively.
• Lead and mentor branch staff to meet sales targets and service standards.
• Plan and implement local marketing initiatives to grow the brand presence and customer base.
• Maintain excellent relationships with airline partners, tourism boards, and vendors.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations as needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strategize business development.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in B2B sub-agency sales and group travel operations.
• Thorough knowledge of the Chennai travel market and local business landscape.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with travel reservation systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
