Role Overview: As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the branch's profitability, meeting sales targets, ensuring portfolio quality, managing operating costs, motivating the team, handling HR functions, ensuring a superior customer experience, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance, and monitoring branch performance. Key Responsibilities: - Profitability Management: Maintain and optimize the branch's profitability. - Target Achievement: Meet sales targets, ensure sourcing quality, underwriting diligence, control delinquencies and fraud. - Portfolio Quality: Ensure superior underwriting, work with collections team for high portfolio quality. - Cost Management: Manage all branch operating costs, including acquisition and operational expenses. - People Management: Motivate the team, handle HR and administrative functions. - Customer Experience: Ensure a superior customer experience, handle customer service issues, manage turnaround times for credit and processing. - Sales Performance: Drive sales volumes, achieve contributed value targets. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and process compliance. - Monitoring: Responsible for monitoring branch performance against KPIs such as contributed value, volumes, profitability, expenses, losses, employee retention, and customer experience.
