Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions for all roles. Post job openings on relevant platforms and social media. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews. Perform reference checks and background verifications. Extend job offers and ensure timely communication with all candidates. 2. Employee Onboarding Design and implement an effective onboarding process. Conduct orientation programs to familiarize employees with company culture and policies. Facilitate training sessions on job responsibilities and expectations. Assign mentors or buddies to help new employees integrate seamlessly. Ensure the collection and verification of all necessary documentation. 3. Employee Retention & Engagement Foster a positive work culture to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Develop and execute recognition and reward programs. Conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvements. Offer growth opportunities through training, coaching, and mentoring. Conduct exit interviews to understand turnover trends and improve retention strategies. 4. Learning & Development Assess training and development needs across the organization. Design and execute training programs aligned with company objectives and employee goals. Encourage participation in workshops, conferences, and other professional development activities. Promote cross-training, job shadowing, and mentoring opportunities. Provide consistent coaching and feedback to support employee growth. 5. Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and updated employee records. Conduct regular internal audits for adherence to policies. Train employees and managers on company policies and legal requirements. Address and resolve employee concerns or complaints promptly. 6. Communication Develop and implement internal communication strategies for transparency and engagement. Foster an open-door policy to encourage employee suggestions and feedback. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in [specific industry]. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store/Inventory Executive to manage and maintain our inventory and store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels, ensuring the proper storage of materials, and supporting procurement and production teams by keeping accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods/materials. Maintain updated records of inventory, including inward/outward materials. Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required. Issue materials as per requisition and maintain proper documentation. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Coordinate with the procurement and accounts teams for GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and invoice matching. Identify slow-moving and obsolete items and report for necessary action. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and stacking of goods. Prepare and submit stock reports as required by management. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices. Proficiency in using inventory software or ERP systems (Tally, SAP etc.). Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to handle physical stock and perform manual tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
