Role Overview: - Achieve sales targets and sales patterns in the market - Drive all business segments by deploying targets across segments - Prospect, sell, and manage channel partners - Empanel and activate distributors through timely support on product and skill training - Identify, acquire, and develop new markets and business opportunities - Drive initiatives and campaigns launched by the Zonal or Head Office - Monitor and review individual productivity of team members - Ensure team members engage in right-selling through regular training sessions - Ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to guidelines - Track daily branch MIS and implement corrective actions - Ensure smooth, timely, and error-free branch operation service Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in sales and channel management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to drive initiatives and campaigns effectively - Knowledge of compliance regulations and guidelines - Proficiency in branch operation services About the Company: The company is known for its commitment to excellence in providing sales solutions and services.
