Branch Head

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Branch Head to lead one of our centres (Dwarka or Lajpat Nagar) and ensure operational excellence, strong team leadership, and outstanding educational outcomes. As Branch Head, you will be the face of the centre — overseeing academics, operations, staff, parent relations, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the branch: staffing, scheduling, safety, facility management, compliance.
• Manage the academic and administrative staff: hire, train, mentor, evaluate teachers and support staff.
• Work with academic leadership to implement and monitor curriculum delivery, learning outcomes, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with parents: communication, feedback, events, ensure high parent satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, regulatory standards (day-care + preschool) and maintain the “home-away-from-home” culture. theyatha.com+1
• Drive centre growth: admissions targets, retention, community outreach, partnerships.
• Monitor financials: budget, cost control, resource allocation, centre profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Business Administration or relevant.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in preschool/early-years education centre leadership or branch management role.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to inspire, mentor and manage a diverse staff.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; stakeholder management (teachers, parents, staff).
• Familiarity with Montessori, Multiple Intelligences frameworks and early-years pedagogy is a big plus.
• Business- and results-oriented mindset while being child-centric and value-driven.
• Comfortable with operations, financials, admissions and growth targets — as well as the educational/academic side.
• Willingness to be hands-on and visible on the centre floor, modelling best practices.
