Focus on cross selling of third party product viz Insurance, Mutual Fund, Mediclaim, Reporting and Attending to the Queries of Corporate Office. Active participation in organizing campaign in the vicinity for product visibility.

Location- West, Harbour Line, Central Experience - 5 yrs and above Overall responsible for the Branch performance - managing day to day affairs of the branch including front end business development (including 3rd party products), back end operations and all product offerings (i.e. mobilizing deposits and advancing loans) thereby achieving generation of targeted revenue / profits. Strategizing and executing product focused campaigns - for CASA / FDs / Gold, Business Home, Vehicle, Mortgage and Large value loans to build up quality credit portfolio for sustainable profitability (Retail & SME). Supervising marketing and Business Development initiatives and operations for various Liabilities products, lending against Tangible Securities, Third Party Products thereby achieving increased sales / maximizing profit. Responsible for vigilance, inspection and audit and compliance at branch. Responsible for credit management at branch level - prompt and effective follow up on recoveries from NPAs. Ensuring proficiency in delivery of high standard and quality customer experience and elevating customer satisfaction and maintaining customer oriented work culture in the branch. Attending to queries / clarifications of internal and statutory auditors and inspection and compliance. Responsible for Cost Management and Optimization at branch level. Initiate action of Recovery on the loans defaulted by the borrowers.
