Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Drive branch CASA growth and third-party product sales (insurance, mutual funds, etc.) Monitor daily performance metrics (productivity, activation, sales funnel) Lead acquisition of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail customers Cross-sell bank products to existing customers Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the branch sales and operations teams Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIs Organize training sessions and promote a high-performance culture Customer Service & Retention Ensure delivery of superior customer experience at the branch Address high-level escalations and grievances effectively Maintain high service quality scores and customer retention Compliance & Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal audit policies Monitor branch operations to minimize risks and losses Maintain updated KYC, AML compliance for all customers Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the branch Ensure accuracy and timeliness in cash handling, documentation, and branch transactions Review branch productivity reports and take corrective actions when needed --- Key Skills & Competencies : Strong knowledge of banking liability products and regulations Leadership and team management abilities Sales and target orientation Customer-centric approach Strong analytical and decision-making skills Communication and interpersonal effectiveness --- Qualifications & Experience : Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in branch banking Proven experience in handling liability products and leading teams
