Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & SalesDrive branch CASA growth and third-party product sales (insurance, mutual funds, etc.)Monitor daily performance metrics (productivity, activation, sales funnel)Lead acquisition of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail customersCross-sell bank products to existing customers

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage the branch sales and operations teamsConduct regular performance reviews and set clear KPIsOrganize training sessions and promote a high-performance culture

Customer Service & Retention

Ensure delivery of superior customer experience at the branchAddress high-level escalations and grievances effectivelyMaintain high service quality scores and customer retention

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal audit policiesMonitor branch operations to minimize risks and lossesMaintain updated KYC, AML compliance for all customers

Operational Excellence

Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the branchEnsure accuracy and timeliness in cash handling, documentation, and branch transactionsReview branch productivity reports and take corrective actions when needed---
