Branch Head

You will be responsible for driving the growth of the banking business at the branch level by focusing on business development and customer service. Your key duties will include implementing customer acquisition strategies and building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and organizations. You will also be accountable for overseeing overall administration, MIS reporting, compliance, and service quality at the branch. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in banking operations and managing regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. Moreover, your ability in team building and team management will be highly valued.
