You ll lead the business for Jaipur and nearby markets, shaping our presence and performance across distributor networks, mutual fund products, and strategic partnerships.

What You ll Do

• Strengthen DSP s market share and brand presence across key channels and distributors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and campaigns to achieve regional goals.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, IFAs, and key partners.
• Drive new business opportunities, onboarding, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify challenges, and implement corrective strategies to deliver results.

What You ll Bring

• 10+ years

  of experience in financial services, preferably in mutual fund distribution or AMC sales.
• A deep understanding of retail distribution networks and investor dynamics.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
• A results-driven mindset with analytical and execution excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / CFP / equivalent qualification in finance or business.
• Strong product knowledge across mutual fund categories
