Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head, located in Chandigarh. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, promoting and selling bank products, achieving branch performance targets, and maintaining compliance with all banking regulations. The role entails developing branch business strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and monitoring financial activities to ensure the branch's success.

Qualifications

• Leadership, team management, and staff development skills
• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, and sales
• Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and compliance regulations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thanesar
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in a managerial role within the banking industry is preferred
