Job Title: Branch Head Location: Erode, Tiruchengode Gender Preference: Male (Age: 25 to 35 years) Qualification: Any Degree Experience: 2 to 4 years in the Jewelry IndustryJob Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and sales performance. Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper maintenance of jewelry products. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain financial records, sales reports, and coordinate with the head office. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Train and motivate staff for better performance and service standards. Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills. Sales and customer relationship management expertise.
