The Branch Executive in a leading hospital plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the branch. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient resource utilization, and driving business growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.Key responsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the branchDevelop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retentionLead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth functioning of the branchMonitor and maintain the branch's budget and financial performanceEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsCoordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencyDevelop and execute plans for business development and growthResolve patient and staff concerns and complaints in a timely and effective mannerConduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staffCollaborate with the central management team to align branch goals with organizational objectivesParticipate in community engagement and outreach activities to promote the hospital servicesEnsure a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patientsManage inventory and procurement processesProduce regular reports on branch performance and KPIsStay updated with the latest trends and developments in healthcare management

Required Qualifications
