Branch Coordinator

A Branch Coordinator for a study abroad agency manages daily branch operations, student counseling, admissions, and logistics, acting as a bridge between students, parents, universities, and the central team; key duties involve student guidance on programs/visas, marketing, application processing, team supervision, and ensuring operational smoothness to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Student & Parent Engagement:

  Handle inquiries (walk-ins/calls), counsel students on study options, guide through application/visa processes, and conduct per-departure sessions.

• Operations & Administration:

  Oversee daily branch activities, manage student data in CRM, maintain records, ensure SOP compliance, and provide admin support.

• Sales & Marketing:

  Promote services, organize info sessions, participate in events, and drive branch admissions/targets.

• Coordination:

  Liaise with central teams, partner universities, and internal departments (marketing, accounts) for seamless processes.

• Logistics:

  Manage documentation, application submissions, and follow-ups with branches/associates.

• Team Leadership (if manager):

  Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve targets.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree (any field).

• Experience:

  Prior experience in study abroad counseling or operations is a plus ( 5- 7 years )

• Skills:

  Excellent communication (written/verbal), interpersonal skills, organization, multitasking, customer service, knowledge of global education trends/visa rules.
