Position: Branch / Clinic Manager
The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient experience, driving revenue growth, managing and motivating the team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols. This role requires both operational excellence and strong consultation/sales skills in the hair & skin aesthetics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Handling & Consultation
Conduct professional consultations for clients on skin and hair-related concerns.
Diagnose Client Needs And Suggest Appropriate Treatments Including
Hair Loss Control & Hair Growth TreatmentsLaser Hair Growth TherapyMesotherapy, Derma Roller, and PRP for HairChemical Peels, Pigmentation Treatments, PRP for skinQ-Switched Laser Treatments, CIT ProceduresMole, Wart & Tag RemovalCounsel clients regarding surgical Hair Transplant procedures and Hair Replacement solutions.Manage end-to-end consultation flow and ensure high conversion rates.Conduct follow-ups to track patient progress, satisfaction, and treatment results.
- Clinic Operations Management
Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and client-focused service.
Monitor and ensure accurate appointment scheduling, billing, and service delivery.Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.Maintain hygiene, equipment functionality, and clinic ambiance.Handle escalations, operational disruptions, or urgent issues (internet, electricity, equipment failure, staffing gaps).
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
Conduct daily
Morning Briefing Meetings
as per company guidelines.Train and mentor team members across roles (Front Desk, Technicians, Counsellors, Doctors).Ensure attendance and participation in training programs.Identify high performers and underperformers, recommend corrective actions, promotions, or appreciation.Enhance team motivation, professionalism, and productivity.
- Sales, Revenue & Business Development
Drive clinic revenue through effective consultations and service recommendations.
Analyze sales reports, prepare daily MIS, and review weekly MIS submitted by team members.Ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets and overall clinic growth.Promote cross-sales, reactivation of dormant clients, and new client acquisitions.Monitor client engagement calls including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and unconverted leads.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, the Operational Audit Manual, and standardized processes.Educate the team regularly about updated company policies on attendance, leaves, KRAs, KPIs, incentives, etc.Maintain accurate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
Powers of the Branch Manager
The Clinic Manager Is Authorized To
Approve/reject team leave applications.Approve/disallow overtime and local conveyance claims as per policy.Recommend outstation travel reimbursements to Head Office.Categorize staff performance and recommend disciplinary action, promotions, or transfers.Recommend salary increments based on performance.

Who Can Apply
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.Positive attitude, self-driven, and highly motivated.Background in Skin, Hair, Laser, or Aesthetic treatments is preferred.Experience in
in-house sales, consultation, and business development
is mandatory.Must be capable of analyzing sales reports and preparing operational reports.Strong consultation skills across all aesthetic treatments.Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Any Graduate (Science/Aesthetics background preferred but not mandatory), MBA (Equivalent)

6 days working per weekNo weekly off on
