Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Business Head to lead our Emerging Enterprise Banking team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in assets management and business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Manage and oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams and driving business results.
Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial institutions, preferably in a similar role.
