Educational Qualification

Graduate– Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer or Automobile Engineer

Experience

3-5 years

Primary Skills

• Experienced with Brakes & ADAS functions tuning/calibration/development
• Knowledge in brakes system like ABS, ESC/ESP, IEB, and 2 box system.
• Good understanding on slip control & strategies
• Experienced in customer joint test & sign off.
• Test Track experience with development of brake system with excellent driving skills.
• Acquainted with Data acquisition and analysis tools.
• Good Understanding of vehicle dynamics physics and brakes system.
• Enthusiasm and passion to drive & develop the various segment of vehicle.

Secondary Skills

• Performed Vehicle instrumentation.
• Analyze test data and document results and provide technical feedback. 
• Hands on experience with vehicle diagnostic, Vector tools & other CAN tools.
• Strong problem-solving ability and good communication & coordination skills
• Good understanding of test methodology & brakes regulatory requirements.
• Experienced in winter testing.
• Understanding on automotive sensors & actuators.

Responsibility

• Analyze brake system status and improve parameter by conducting vehicle level tuning & trials for new and current vehicles
• Benchmark vehicle testing & performance evaluation for brake system
• Perform the verification of new software algorithms on vehicle level
• Operate vehicle at proving grounds, test tracks & public roads.
• Support & coordinate for the field & in plant issues reported for the brake’s system/functions.
