Define and track quality KPIs (e.g., test coverage, defect density, pass rate, execution throughput)
Build dashboards to visualize progress, risks, maturity, and release readiness
Lead end-to-end test lifecycle activities planning, preparation, execution tracking, and reporting
Support test environment setup, test data definition, and configuration management
Participate in audits, assessments, and continuous improvement programs
Build and track traceability matrices across all test levels
Prepare reports on test execution, defect trends, risks, and mitigation plans
V-Model, System Engineering processes
Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment abilities
