Job Description

Specialist who will drive end-to-end sales activities, focusing on Intelligent Automation and AI Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing US clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of potential US clients for AI and Automation solutions.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions with CXOs, Directors, and key decision-makers. Understand client challenges and recommend the right Intelligent Automation solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with delivery and pre- sales teams on proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and stay up .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
Strong understanding of US sales processes, time zones, and client expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools such as Sales force, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Ability to work in US shift timings.
Good to have: Understanding of digitization of financial processes across organizations. If you have the drive to grow, influence, and deliver impactful solutions in the automation and AI ecosystem, we welcome your application.
