Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPS Sales Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The BPS Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the business process services portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and leading sales presentations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in Business Process Services (BPS)
• Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies and business development plans
• Skilled in client relationship management and customer service
• Strong understanding of BFSI, PSU, Pharma, and Healthcare sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the information management sector is a plus
