Key Responsibilities Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting proposal negotiation close Develop and execute strategic plans to win new domestic BPO contracts Engage C-level decisionmakers with tailored valuedriven presentations Collaborate with delivery, operations & finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful outcomes Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and identify new service opportunities Maintain an active pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts and sales reports Represent the company at industry events and drive thought leadership initiatives Must-Have Experience & Skills 5+ years in BPO/BPS sales within the domestic market, ideally with Tier1/2 BPOs Proven record of closing multistakeholder, Clevel deals Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and sales forecasting expertise CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce or MS Dynamics) and advanced MS Office skills Nice-to-Have Existing network of domestic BPO buyers and contacts Background in selling services across F&A, HR, CX, analytics, or automation.
