Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPS Sales Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The BPS Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading sales strategies for Business Process Services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. The role also involves negotiating contracts, setting sales targets, and monitoring sales performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process Services, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in market research and sales proposal preparation
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of digital solutions and transformation capabilities
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the BFSI, PSU, Pharma, or Healthcare sectors
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
