Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a BPO Team Lead Operations where you will leverage your expertise in content production and management systems to drive operational excellence. With 9 to 10 years of experience you will oversee content management processes ensuring efficiency and quality in a rotational shift environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success and contribute to societal advancements through effective content management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the BPO team ensuring efficient content production and management processes.
Coordinate with team members to streamline content management system testing enhancing system reliability and performance.
Implement best practices in content management work models optimizing workflow and productivity.
Monitor team performance providing feedback and guidance to achieve operational targets and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with organizational goals.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all content management activities.
Develop and maintain documentation for content management processes and procedures.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills in content production and management systems.
Address operational challenges promptly ensuring minimal disruption to content workflows.
Foster a collaborative team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in content management operations.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in content production and management systems demonstrating a strong technical acumen.

Certifications Required
