BPO Team Lead – Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading a team of customer support executives, ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of BPO agents.

Monitor daily call operations, queues, and performance metrics.

Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure quick resolution.

Maintain process compliance and quality standards.

Prepare daily/weekly reports and share with management.

Train new team members on processes and tools.

Ensure achievement of SLA, productivity, and quality targets.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Team management and leadership abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of BPO (or) banking (or) financial services operations and KPIs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in BPO operations (with minimum 1 year as a team lead preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
