BPO Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Credit Analysts and AML/ATF Analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. Additionally, you will oversee fraud and credit risk review, credit management, customer interaction, compliance, alert review, data analysis, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of Credit Analysts and AML/ATF Analysts, providing guidance and support for high performance. - Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and communicate updates. - Oversee the review of new applications for fraud and credit risk, including outbound calls for verification. - Administer and control credit terms and limits, perform credit limit reviews, and assess creditworthiness of customers. - Communicate directly with applicants, maintain high efficiency, and accuracy in data analysis. - Maintain/exceed established standards and targets for compliance, ensure accuracy in report maintenance. - Investigate accounts and internet sources for eligibility and conduct thorough investigations related to terrorism and economic sanctions. - Analyze data efficiently to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations. - Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, collaborate with other departments to address risks. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and AML operations or related fields, previous supervisory experience in the financial sector is an asset. - Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, analytical and judgment skills, ability to communicate tactfully, organizational and time management skills, ability to implement change efforts, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, flexibility to work overtime as required.
