Job Description

Role: Quality Analyst Experience: 1-3 year Language: Telugu/ Tamil and English Work Timings: 9:30 am 6:30 pm Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate calls, emails, or chat interactions with customers for quality and compliance. Provide detailed feedback to agents based on evaluation results. Identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service processes. Conduct regular audits of interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines. Prepare reports on performance and quality metrics. Work closely with team leaders and managers to implement quality improvement initiatives. Assist with training new team members on quality standards and best practices. Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting agents in improving service delivery. Qualifications: fluent Telugu / kannada / malayalam and english Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role (preferred). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
