  • Quality analyst of BPO industry who can listen to the agents calls and share feedback.
  • Must be a graduate or higher.
  • Speak, read and write in Hindi, Punjabi and English.
  • Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills.
  • Experience of at least 2 years as quality assurance.
  • Experience/ knowledge of Bank's products & processes.
  • Effective problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Complete knowledge of Bank's products & processes.
  • Experience in coaching and developing skills of people.

Required Skill Set:

Should be known to quality parameters. Should be 7QC tools, Call calibrations, and evaluations. Should have strong oral & written English skills. Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution. Good analytical Skills.
