BPO Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing products to ensure they meet the organization's quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and remedying defects within the production process - Recommending, implementing, and monitoring preventative and corrective actions to achieve quality assurance standards - Compiling and analyzing statistical data - Ensuring that user expectations are met during the testing process - Drafting quality assurance policies and procedures - Investigating customer complaints and product issues To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven work experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role - Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Meticulous attention to detail - Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Analyst The company offers benefits such as paid time off and bonuses based on performance.
