BPO Sales Team Leader

Job Title: BPO Sales Team Leader Location: Noida Work Days: 6 Days a Week CTC: Up to ₹4.8lpa Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader with a proven track record in managing telesales teams, preferably in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and performance management skills, and should be capable of driving sales teams toward achieving and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of 10–30 sales callers, ensuring productivity and team morale remain high. Sales Monitoring: Oversee daily call performance and sales reports. Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of targets. Performance Handling: Identify non-performing agents, conduct performance reviews, and implement action plans to drive improvement. Training & Development: Provide regular coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training to enhance team performance and efficiency. Reporting: Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. Ensure data accuracy and transparency in reporting. Target Management: Ensure that sales targets are clearly communicated and met by all team members. Incentivize and recognize performance to maintain high motivation levels. Operational Oversight: Maintain discipline, resolve escalations, and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6months of experience in a similar team lead role, preferably in a BPO or telesales environment.
